BEAUTY Bonus: Fountain-of-Youth for Windows to My Soul (less visible Crow’s feet)

I fight age gracefully in whatever way I can. My eyes had always had dark eye suitcases, not only bags. I treat it with a lot of homey stuff like cold eye packs, cucumber rounds, and the like. Unfortunately, I still have to hide the dark eye circles with heavy concealer when I put on foundation. But my concern is that I am putting a lot of distress on the skin around my eye area because of brutal handling with concealing make-up. Definitely, unnecessary handling the skin tissues in this sensitive area can progress wrinkle formation.

I’m glad I found this proprietary formulation that blends in the natural goodness of plants, oils and vitamins to perform its time-tested actions of beautifying the skin (with focus on the eye area) and maintaining the fountain of youth. The cream contains the time-tested beauty ingredient of aloe vera, plus alpha lipoic and alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA; plant-derived), grapeseed oil, and vitamins C and E. Nothing touches my most sensitive skin area but nature’s bounty.

I apply it gently around the eye area with minimum upward outward strokes before a cucumber soak, and at bedtime before putting on my iced eye mask. Since I have done this regularly for 2 weeks now, I noticed that the darkness had diminished, and the puffiness had shrunk. Though it did not completely take these out, it had faded substantially to warrant less use of concealers, and therefore distress to my eye area when applying make-up.

HOME Helps: Small, Handy & Dependable Emergency & Outdoor Light at Less Power

This light emitting diode (LED) lantern is an excellent lighting alternative where standard electrical lighting is unavailable. It works with a single bulb-type LED light on three (3) pieces of DD batteries. The light has three (3) settings: low, high and blinking which rotates for every press of the same button. The anti-glare light diffusing case can be removed for more direct brightness.

The lantern can stand alone or hung inverted with the hook on its base, which can be folded neatly in its nest when not in use. With batteries on, it has a small continuously blinking green light on the side of the base for visibility in locating it in the dark when it is not turned on. If this is bothersome, you will have to take off the batteries.

I use this lantern as an emergency light in the event of power outage. The standby battery power is 2 years, and approximately 6 days with the light continuously turned on. It is estimated that the LED bulb has a life of 100,000 hours or 11 years of continuous use, so I don’t have to worry about replacement. It is small (an average female hand can grasp the circumference with a good grip), handy and lightweight (with the batteries contributing more than 50% of its weight). It’s water-resistant, too, so it’s safe to be used outdoors without worries on getting damaged.
